We connect people with worker cooperatives, B corps, employee-owned businesses, climate organizations, nonprofits and other companies building something meaningful.

We vet the companies on our platform to ensure they align with the values we believe job seekers are looking for. This helps maintain quality and trust across the platform.

Why We Built This

We wanted a dedicated space for mission-driven companies and cooperatives. Similar to Climatebase but broader.

A place where these organizations do not have to compete for visibility against conventional companies. Where job seekers can more easily discover these roles. Where people can be open about what they are looking for in their career without feeling like it might hurt their chances elsewhere.
